What is your schedule for classes?
Private sessions are scheduled by appointment basis.
We will work with you on arranging a time that suits both you and your instructor.

Weekdays: mornings / afternoons / evenings | Weekends: Mornings/ afternoon
How much does a session cost?
We have 2 options for private 1:1 sessions:
Certified instructor: RM180 per session
Apprentice instructor: RM140 per session
What is the duration of 1 session?
Each session is 55-60 minutes long

* Session Payment Policy *
Please take note that our studio runs by appointments basis,
which means that our instructors are paid by the sessions that they conduct.
In light of that, we request for payment of your session or package
to be made upon confirmation of the session in order to secure your booking.

The studio reserves the right to make the slot available to other clients
in the event that we do not receive your payment confirmation upon placing your booking.
If you are unable to make the payment at the time of booking, please discuss this with us.

Is Pilates suitable for pregnancy?
Once your doctor clears you for gentle exercise - definitely!
The beauty of 1:1 sessions is that they are tailored to suit your individual needs and exercises can be modified for each trimester and is beneficial for core strength, pelvic stability,
and overall well-being during pregnancy.

Are private sessions appropriate for older adults or people with limited mobility?
Absolutely. Private sessions are highly customizable and can be tailored to suit older adults or those with mobility challenges, focusing on safe, low-impact movements to improve strength and balance.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR SESSION

What can I expect during my first private Pilates session?
In your first session, we will assess your individual needs, fitness level, and goals.
This helps us tailor a personalized plan for your progress.
We will also work on fundamental movements that set a good foundation for your body as it builds towards your individual goals.​
How soon will I see results from private Pilates sessions?
Everyone’s body is different, and it will depend on each individual and their unique life situation.
Most clients begin to notice the difference in their posture, mobility and core activation by 5-10 sessions.
Consistency over the months will yield even more noticeable results.

How often should I do private Pilates sessions to see results?
For optimal results, 2 sessions per week are recommended,
but consistency is key, and you will reap the benefits even if it's once a week.
